Apollo™ Awning Installed Solid Patio Cover, Lattice Patio Cover and Awning Price List

Pre-Inspection Fee - $50.00  

A Pre-Inspection is required on all installed solid patio covers, lattice patio covers, door canopies and window awnings.  The pre-inspection price of $50.00 will be applied to the total labor price of the job when completed.

Window Awnings (any size)

Labor Price Only
Window Awnings (up to 3 awnings)
After 3rd awning, cost is $72.00 per awning.
Example: If you had four awnings to install, the cost would be $342.00 		$90.00 per awning
Add for 2nd story installation $25.00 per awning
Add for 3rd story installation $40.00 per awning
Minimum charge per job is $250.00.  This can be any combination of door canopies and window awnings.

 

Door Canopies (any size)

Labor Price Only
Door Canopies $125.00 per canopy
Minimum charge per job is $250.00.  This can be any combination of door canopies and window awnings.

 

Attached Open Lattice or Solid Patio Covers  

 $4.00 per sq. ft. (Labor price only)

Square footage will be figured on the size as stated on the Apollo™ Purchase order which maybe larger than the actual size of the awning.  Minimum charge $450.00 per cover.

2’ x 2’ x 2’ concrete footing. $220.00 per post footing.
Cutout slab for footing (max thickness of slab 5”).

Eave or Fascia board trim or alteration. $10.00 per lineal foot.
Roof cuts by estimate only. $10.00 to $20.00 per lineal foot. (approximately)
Ledger board attached to house (per lineal foot) (Includes 2x8 Douglas fir #2 or better - primed white) $10.00 per lineal foot.
All labor warranted for one year

Travel charges will apply for all jobs over 25 miles from The Home Depot store where the sale was made.

Obtaining city or county permits is mandatory on all installed units. The homeowner may either choose to obtain the permits themselves or have the licensed contractor obtain the permit for a fee of $100.00 plus actual cost of the permits.
