If damage is noticed on the package, open and inspect it while the carrier
is still there. If the product is damaged, do not accept delivery and
return the product with the carrier. Please note any damage on the
driver's bill of lading paperwork.
The workmanship and materials of Apollo™ products is guaranteed. If an
Apollo™ product is defective due to workmanship or if there is a significant
flaw in the materials, Apollo™ will pay for the return shipping and or the
re-make or restoration. Please call The Home
Depot to advise of the problem and
for authorization to return the product. Apollo™ may opt to have the
product destroyed or replaced.
