How to Order

All ordering  is done from the Millworks Desk or the Special Order Desk at The Home Depot. For ease in ordering, please follow these simple guidelines and include the following items on your order form:

  1. Item Name, Series Number, and Color Choices
  2. Exact Product Measurements
  3. Price
  4. Shipping Destination

 

Delivery to your residence

All prices include Free Shipping!

Patio covers are shipped via common carrier.  Due to size, patio covers may come in more than one box and for this reason, we prefer to ship to your home.  You will get a 24 hour notification of your delivery time, by phone.

 

Damaged or Defective Materials

If damage is noticed on the package, open and inspect it while the carrier is still there.  If the product is damaged, do not accept delivery and return the product with the carrier.  Please note any damage on the driver's bill of lading paperwork.

The workmanship and materials of Apollo™ products is guaranteed.  If an Apollo™ product is defective due to workmanship or if there is a significant flaw in the materials, Apollo™ will pay for the return shipping and or the re-make or restoration.  Please call The Home Depot to advise of the problem and for authorization to return the product.  Apollo™ may opt to have the product destroyed or replaced.
